1. Acceptance

By accessing utilitylagoon.click or engaging Utilitylagoon Co., Ltd. (“Utilitylagoon,” “we,” “us”) for treasury continuity documentation or advisory services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services description

Utilitylagoon provides treasury continuity documentation and advisory services for founders holding reserves in offline wallets. Our services include custody mapping, recovery runbook production, documentation reviews, and recovery planning workshops. We do not hold cryptocurrency, execute transactions, generate keys, or provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Engagement terms

Service scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual engagement letters or confirmed via email before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once discovery sessions have commenced, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about custody arrangements, designate available key holders for interviews, and review draft documents within agreed timeframes. Delays in client response may extend project timelines without fee adjustment.

5. Intellectual property

Deliverables produced under engagement (custody maps, runbooks, checklists) are licensed to the client upon final payment. Utilitylagoon retains the right to use anonymized methodological frameworks internally. Client-specific custody details are never shared with third parties.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client custody information as confidential. We do not request, store, or retain seed phrases, private keys, or wallet balances. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

Utilitylagoon’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate client information, unauthorized access to client systems, market movements, or decisions made based on our documentation.

Our services are advisory and documentary. Implementation of continuity procedures remains the client’s responsibility.

8. Website use

Website content is provided for informational purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute site content without written permission. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes or attempt to compromise site security.

Our website may link to external resources including the Microsoft Store. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cheongju, South Korea, unless otherwise agreed in an engagement letter.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
